Once you've made the purchase, you are granted a license to use the audio samples, presets, MIDI files, and any parts of the product in your commercial productions without any additional payments.

If you purchased one edition and want to upgrade to a higher one, simply email us at info@studiotronnic.com and we'll send you a coupon to pay only the difference.

Due to the nature of digital downloads and immediately accessible digital content, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

If you experience any issue with a product, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase and provide the details of the problem. We will review your request and may offer technical support, replacement files, store credit, a partial refund, or a full refund if the product is proven to be defective, not supplied, inaccessible, or not as described.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal:

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content with immediate access.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days, unless an exception applies.

Our products are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and are made available for immediate download or access after purchase. Before accessing or downloading your product, you are required to expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access has started.

Once the download or access has started after your express consent and acknowledgement, you will no longer be eligible for a refund based on change of mind or the standard right of withdrawal.

If our system confirms that no download or access has started, we will review any eligible withdrawal request received within the applicable withdrawal period.

EU Electronic Withdrawal Function:

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, EU consumers may exercise that right through our electronic withdrawal function, where available, or by contacting us at info@studiotronnic.com.

If you submit a withdrawal request through an electronic withdrawal function, we will acknowledge receipt by email without undue delay.

Please note that withdrawal requests for digital content may be refused where the download or access has already started after you expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal.

Non-Refundable Situations:

Studio Tronnic does not offer refunds if:

• You no longer need the purchased product.
• You have changed your mind after downloading or accessing the product.
• You have found an alternative product.
• You cannot use the product due to hardware or software limitations.
• You do not have the required software or compatible software version.
• You do not have the required knowledge or experience to use the product.
• You are attempting to use the product with cracked, pirated, or illegally downloaded software.
  

We strongly recommend checking all software requirements and minimum requirements before purchasing. This information is provided on each product page.

Studio Tronnic does not refund products that require specific third-party software to be used, including but not limited to DAW-specific templates, software synth preset banks, sample libraries, and plugin-dependent content. The customer is responsible for ensuring they have the required software, compatible versions, and the necessary knowledge to use the product before completing the purchase.

Legal Rights:

Studio Tronnic is the seller of record for all purchases made on this store and operates under Estonian law.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law, including EU consumer protection laws and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
